I have been coming to Sotogrande for over 30 years and can still say that its a very special place, and becomes more special as time goes by. You see we had been coming here for over 30 years, (since then we have moved here permanently). Was it the amazing villas that Sotogrande is so famous for? Was it the exciting summer parties, that are given and thrown EVERY NIGHT in july and august, where people from all of the world come to? Was it one of the world famous GOLF courses (out of 8 and growing) that the Rider Cup was played on? The Polo? The Jazz Festival? The beautiful Port or Puerto Sotogrande? The wonderful apartments overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, Africa, and Gibraltor? The hidden Spanish villages and castles in the mountains? The near by shopping of Costa del Sol or even of Morocco in Africa? So what was our favorite part after 30 years of exploration and play? They all were and are! You see, every villa, view, activity is different, each with its own qualities that makes it special. Still, I'll answer that question the best I can.
